It’s been two long years since we’ve seen Peary and friends out at The Pear Run. And the wait is over!
The Pear Run returns on Saturday, May 7, 2022. We are going back to our roots at Independence Park for a fun 5k event.
Registration will open on January 1, 2022.
- Early bird registration is $30 from January 1 – 31.
- Regular registration is $35 from February 1 through May 6.
- Event Day registration will increase to $45 onsite May 7.
The Pear Run is a family friendly event that is open to runners, joggers and walkers alike. The 5k course will be a flat out and back route with the Start/Finish inside of Independence Park in Pearland, TX. Water stations will be available on the route and at the Start/Finish line.
The Pearland Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association (PCPAAA) is proud to organize and host The Pear Run. PCPAAA is a membership organization supporting the Pearland Police Department. All proceeds from this event will go toward the needs of the Pearland PD. In the past these funds have helped to purchase special items such as the mobile command unit, fallen officers memorial garden, patrol bikes, K9 officers, drones and much more. Also, PCPAAA members support the Pearland PD through volunteer opportunities year round.
