The Pearland Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association (PCPAAA) has proudly supported our officers and staff at the Pearland Police Department for over 25 years.
The Pear Run is one of our annual fundraisers. It’s a family-friendly run/jog/walk event to help raise money for non-budgeted PPD items. In the past we’ve been able use these funds to provide or contribute to items such as:
- Tourniquets for every officer
- Fully equipped patrol bicycles
- K9 officers
- Mobile command center
- Fallen officers memorial garden
However, the past couple of years have been a challenge for many non-profits as we’ve struggled to safely raise funds for our beneficiaries.

The Pear Run returns in 2022 after a two-year hiatus. As a result, we are looking for companies and organizations in the Pearland area who want to partner with us. It’s a great opportunity to get back out in the community and show your Pearland pride! Additionally, you’ll be helping to support our amazing police department.
Sponsorships start at $150. There are several levels with different benefit packages. These include things like:
- Booth spaces at the event
- Social media and website acknowledgements
- Your promotional item in the event packets for registered participants
- And so much more!
